NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
KOLKATA CHAPTER
United by Honour. Inspired by Service. Committed to Nation Building.
Connecting generations of NDA alumni across Eastern India to foster lifelong camaraderie,
professional excellence, veterans’ welfare, leadership development, and meaningful service to society.
Serving the NDA Brotherhood in Eastern India
The National Defence Academy Alumni Association – Kolkata Chapter (NDAAA Kolkata) is the official regional chapter of the National Defence Academy Alumni Association, bringing together alumni of the National Defence Academy residing across West Bengal and the Eastern Region of India.
The Chapter is founded on the enduring ideals that every NDA cadet carries throughout life—Duty, Honour, Integrity, Leadership and Service Before Self. Beyond military service, these values continue to guide our members in public service, industry, academia, business, entrepreneurship and community leadership.
Our Association exists to preserve the lifelong bonds forged at Khadakwasla, support fellow alumni and veterans, mentor younger generations, and contribute meaningfully to nation-building through collective experience and responsible citizenship.
Our Legacy
Since its establishment in 1954, the National Defence Academy has produced generations of military leaders who have served the nation with distinction across the Army, Navy and Air Force. The friendships formed during the rigorous years of training at Khadakwasla remain among the strongest lifelong bonds in public life.
The Kolkata Chapter carries forward this proud tradition by providing a vibrant platform where alumni remain connected, continue learning from one another, and work together in service of society. Our fraternity extends beyond reunions—it is a lifelong commitment to fellowship, leadership and national service.
